Proposals Invited: Enhancing Flood Preparedness and Emergency Response in the South Oropouche River Basin (SORB), Trinidad & Tobago
We are seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to support flood preparedness and resilience-building efforts across the SORB region.
The consultancy will focus on enhancing emergency planning, strengthening coordination among key government agencies, promoting public awareness, and supporting the procurement of emergency response equipment. Activities will also include incorporating lessons learned from the COVID-19 pandemic into emergency planning and evaluating contractors’ past performance in disaster-related work.
