Request for Proposals: Video Production Firm for The SORB Project
The SORB Project is seeking a skilled and experienced Video Production Firm to create three high-quality videos, each between 5 and 7 minutes, covering the following topics:
SORB project activities (with a focus on infrastructure and design)
Community impact
Gender and climate change impacts
Qualifications & Capabilities Required:
The selected firm must demonstrate expertise in:
Producing professional videos that effectively tell stories through scripting, filming, editing, and post-production, particularly for development or impact-driven initiatives.
Creating documentary-style content focused on community development, climate change, infrastructure, and gender-related themes.
Developing engaging visual narratives that communicate complex development issues clearly to diverse audiences.
Capturing and editing high-quality field footage, with experience in integrating graphics and animation as appropriate.

The South Oropouche River Basin (SORB) Project invites applications from qualified consultants or firms for a short-term consultancy to develop a comprehensive Terms of Reference (ToR) for the Promotion of Sustainable Oyster Harvesting in the Godineau Swamp, Trinidad.
This assignment aims to support the training of oyster harvesters in sustainable practices that protect mangrove ecosystems, as well as the design and installation of durable, artificial structures for the sustainable harvesting of oysters and crabs.
The consultancy duration is expected to be for a period of one (1) month.

The consultant will conduct a market study, develop feasibility reports, and design and plan the construction of eco-tourism infrastructure,.

The SORB Project is seeking an experienced Procurement Professional for a short-term consultancy to review and advise on procurement activities related to high-risk project deliverables. The consultant will support efficient, transparent procurement in line with the policies of UWI, the Adaptation Fund, and CAF.
Key Tasks:
Review of ToRs, RFPs, evaluation reports, and contracts
Recommend risk-mitigation measures and process improvements
Support contract drafting and stakeholder engagement
