Have you been affected by the SORB Project and need redress?

If you believe the project has caused or may cause environmental, social, or gender-related impacts to you, your community, or the environment, you have the right to file a complaint.

How to file a complaint

    Send a sealed envelope addressed to CAF’s Complaints and Grievance Management Committee (GMC) at the CAF Representative Office in your country.

Who can make a complaint?

Any group of two or more persons affected by a CAF-FA project

A duly authorized representative filing on behalf of the group

An external representative if the local community cannot file

CAF Board of Directors.
